UPDATE: LATE NIGHT SHOWS IN NYC ADDED DEC 3 & 4!

Steve Kimock Crazy Engine kicks-off their fall tour on Thursday, Oct 1st @ Mexicali Live, with dates spanning the East Coast, the Midwest and even a Pacific Northwest Halloween run, before ending down south for a two-night run in Fayetteville, AR – a legendary stomping ground for Kimock.

Featuring Melvin Seals, John Kimock and Trevor Exter, this arrangement of seasoned players and talented youthful musicians blends with Kimock’s innovative mind for music – and foretells a merge of his vintage appeal with a modern twist, to befit music lovers of all types.

Check out the band at a venue near you! If you would like to spread the good word, please sign up for our street team when you sign up for K-Mail.

When attempting to purchase tickets, next to the…

    “Enter the characters from
the left into the box below:”

…all you see is a red x graphic. You can’t enter anything if you can’t see it and when you attempt to look for tickets anyway, it’s a dead link to another page that pops up.

Specifically, I’m looking at The Orange Peel, but have found the same to be said of other dates. This occurs with IE8 and AOL9.1

I’d love to buy tickets in advance…but can’t. I’ve never experienced this problem before with either the site or trying to buy stuff. IF this simply means I have to buy tickets elsewhere, then it’d be great if the shows weren’t listed here for the attempt.

    Please advise. Thanks….Dave

The ticketing folks were updating the page live, so it should be all a go now.

Has Steve been wronged by New England? It seems as though he has not played a show closer than SW Connecticut in a while?

Kimock was in Burlington in Spring 2009 and the band will be back.

    Jen,

I don’t think you have the right venue listed for Syracuse on the shows page. Shouldn’t it be the Westcott Theater on Westcott Street?

Good question, thanks for bringing this to our attention. The tour dates are hosted through an outside party, so we will have to look into it.

Still no luck with buying tix from this site. I’ll give it time though…more or less just letting you know at this point. When and if it gets down to crunch time, I’ll send an email. Then again, if you’ve had people have success, maybe it’s all on my end.

Not sure where to post this but the tag on the Zero video that says Gregg’s Eggs may not be the right tune. Isn’t that Golden Road? Or am I having an elder moment?

It is taken care of. Thank you for the tip.

BOO!! HAPPY HALLOWEEN TO YOU ALL!!! Hope that you have a wonderful show in Oregon tonight!! I just saw that you need some Wave Riders for the Dec. 3-4th shows in NYC. I’m heading down to The Village tonight for the parade, and will plaster The City with some signage-HOORAY!! I’m more than happy to spread the word that Brother Steve and Family will be in town!! I’m thinking that I should just print out the poster you have in Multi Media and write in the venue/time/date??
    Happy Days to All-Be Well!!

      HI JT –
Thanks so much for responding to our call for Street Team. If you posted posters in NYC over the weekend, extra special thanks to you!!

We can also send some materials your way to place at coffee shops, book stores and other hip hang outs in NYC if you would like? We are looking for people to handbill the PHISH shows as well if you’re going to any of those?

Contact us directly at waveriders@kimock.com and we can coordinate with you!

Last night at the Aladdin was absolutely mind blowing! This is exactly why I have been going to see Steve play over 100 shows in over 11 years now. He hits this comfort zone within himself and lets go of everything allowing pure magic to occur in every moment. I think I need to change my chorts! Thank You Steve, John, Melvin, and Trevor for a Happy Holloweenie!

  15. How about making it back to Detroit some time in the near future. 4 years without Kimock is too long. This state could use some good vibes.
